The InnCentivize model records monthly results at the level of detail needed to calculate awards and report on progress.

 

  • Tracking reports include monthly, quarter-to-date and year-to-date totals, as well as team and hotel totals.

  • Hotel financial results can be entered or imported from Future Inn Focus.

  • Personal Progress Reports provide clear feedback on each person's goal-achievement status.

  • And optional company rollup reports keep corporate executives informed about each salesperson's and each hotel's performance.

 

Automating and Illustrating Awards Calculations

InnCentivize automatically calculates team and hotel totals, and clearly illustrates the math and logic behind awards calculations for each person.

 

Almost everything needed to calculate awards is entered monthly in the Tracking phase. The only new data required for awards calculation is generally eligible earnings, a Yes/No eligibility switch, and any quarterly measures such as STR RevPAR Index or MPSI scores.

 

An optional 'What If' sidecar model allows each team member to track his or her own performance and estimate awards on an ongoing basis, providing a further sense of ownership and control over award outcomes.

Prices include a one-time company-level setup and configuration fee, plus a monthly per-hotel subscription rate determined by the complexity of your InnCentivize Plan.
